We provide automated SMS, WhatsApp and email notifications regarding travel bookings, including:

* Flight status updates
* Check-in reminders
* Gate and delay notifications
* Hotel and transfer reminders
* AI-assisted responses to common travel questions

These messages are informational only and do not replace airline communications.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

* Provide accurate passenger and booking data
* Obtain consent from all travelers for messaging (SMS/WhatsApp/email)
* Comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR (EU) and CAN-SPAM (US)
* Use services for informational purposes only

3. Messaging Disclaimer

* Travel data is sourced from third-party providers and APIs
* We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data
* Provider is not liable for airline operational decisions, delays, cancellations, or changes
* Messages are best-effort informational updates

4. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

* We process data only as necessary to deliver services
* Client confirms traveler consent is obtained
* Data is stored securely on EU/US servers (as per plan)
* Data will not be sold to third parties

5. Pricing & Payment

* Monthly subscription billed in advance
* Messaging usage limits per plan
* Overage fees billed separately
* No refunds after billing period begins

6. Free Trials

* Free trials limited to one per client
* Misuse may result in trial termination

7. Termination

* Either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice
* Immediate termination for spam, abuse or illegal activity

8. Limitation of Liability

* Liability capped at fees paid in last 30 days
* No liability for indirect or consequential damages

9. White-Label & Resale

* White-label may be offered under separate agreement
* Client may not resell without written permission

10. Changes to Terms

* Terms may be updated at any time
* Continued use constitutes acceptance

11. Governing Law

* EU clients: EU law & GDPR apply
* US clients: US state law applies
